All returns are replaced with the same item whenever possible.
If that item is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal value or issued as store credit.
Let’s Get Offensive securely packs and inspects every order before shipping.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit, as we have no control once a package leaves our hands.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

Orders are packed with care and shipped out as quickly as possible.
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days for ready-made items and 1–3 business days for custom orders.
We offer Free Shipping Fridays within Canada and the U.S. on eligible items.
All orders include tracking once shipped.
Let’s Get Offensive is not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal service disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.

Custom orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping.
Please allow 5–7 business days total for delivery.
